Mentoring Programs now available in Napanee!

1:1 Community Based Programs

Big Brothers Big Sisters is now accepting applications for young people 6-16 years old that are in need of 1:1 mentoring in the Napanee community. Our programs offer a safe, caring, nurturing adult to spend time with children/youth that are currently facing challenges, and that could use the support of an additional role model to help buffer the effects of their stresses, and build resilience.

Match visits take place once a week for a few hours each week, and participants will engage in activities they both enjoy doing; playing at a park, going for nature walks, doing art or exploring, playing board/card games, sports and physical activities, etc. Virtual mentoring is also available.

Contact to apply, or for more information!

Big Bunch in the Park

Join our staff for afternoon activities in local parks this summer, where young people 6-16 years old can socialize, build their skills, and benefit from a mentoring relationship with a safe, caring adult in a small group setting. Groups will engage in summer physical activities, arts, and other outdoor fun!

Programs begin Tuesday July 20th!

No cost to attend!
